BUILD ON YOUR SEARCH FOUNDATIONS

One website. Connected priorities.

Discovery

Can people and permitted search systems reach your important pages?

Understanding

Does your content clearly explain your services, expertise, and business details?

Decision

Does it answer useful questions and help the visitor take a relevant next step?

YOUR SEVEN-PART READINESS GUIDE

Useful improvements.
A clearer place to start.

01

Keep important information accessible

Give people and permitted search systems a reliable way to reach your core content.

  • Review whether priority pages are accessible and intended for indexing.
  • Ask your website provider to check crawl controls and how important content renders.
  • Review crawler permissions deliberately. Search access and model-training permissions are not interchangeable.
02

Explain your business clearly

Make it easy to understand who you are, what you do, and who you help.

  • Describe your actual services, audience, and coverage area.
  • Keep company, contact, and About information current.
  • Use consistent business facts across your website and official profiles.
03

Answer the questions behind the decision

Useful answers help people evaluate your business before they contact you.

  • Explain your process, suitability, and common pricing factors.
  • Use descriptive headings and direct answers, with enough context to be helpful.
  • Choose lists or tables when they make information easier to understand.
04

Make the details accurate and specific

Replace vague claims with information your business can stand behind.

  • Review service descriptions, availability, and product details regularly.
  • Use relevant structured data that matches visible page content.
  • Do not publish private information or invented credentials to fill out a schema template.
05

Share experience people can evaluate

Give visitors reasons to trust your explanation.

  • Publish approved project examples and genuine customer stories.
  • Identify the people behind specialist content when appropriate.
  • Create useful original resources based on your experience, rather than repeating generic advice.
06

Connect your local and wider presence

Help customers find consistent information wherever they encounter your business.

  • Review important business profiles and contact details.
  • Explain real service boundaries and locations clearly.
  • Build genuine relationships and invite honest feedback without manufacturing mentions or reviews.
07

Review visibility with context

Treat observations as a sample, not a complete picture of every AI response.

  • Choose a defined set of relevant customer questions.
  • Record the platform, date, wording, and whether your business was mentioned or linked.
  • Review accuracy and identifiable referrals alongside your broader search and inquiry data.

MEASURE WITH CARE

A mention is an observation.
Context makes it useful.

AI answers can change with the question, platform, location, and time. A small set of prompts is not a universal visibility score.

Record what you observed, check whether the information is accurate, and compare findings with website and inquiry data where available.

Mention

Was your business named in this particular response?

Citation

Was a link to your website included?

Accuracy

Were your services and business facts described correctly?

What useful information should you clarify or improve?

LESS HYPE. MORE CLARITY.

Questions worth asking
before you invest.

Does AI search replace SEO?

No. Accessible pages, useful content, and accurate business information remain valuable. Connect AI-readiness work with your existing search strategy.

Do we need an llms.txt file?

Do not treat it as a universal requirement. Google says it does not use llms.txt for Search visibility. Review other platforms’ documentation before investing in platform-specific files.

Is there special AI schema?

Google does not require special schema for its AI search features. Use relevant structured data as part of a sound website strategy, and keep it consistent with visible facts.

Should we allow every crawler?

No blanket rule fits every business. Review each crawler’s purpose and your content policies before changing access. A control for model training is not necessarily a control for search visibility.

Can anyone guarantee that AI will recommend us?

No. You can improve your information and website foundations, but you do not control how a platform selects or presents an answer.

Does the Dataflurry report measure actual AI citations?

No. The personal Growth Analysis reviews your website and business priorities. A separate personal review can explore selected search experiences and deeper content opportunities.
